Worship Services and Bible Studies
GCBC is a place for the entire family to study the Bible and to worship. We invite you to join us at church.
Sunday School 9:30am-10:30am
Sunday School is an opportunity to study the Bible in a classroom environment with a group comfortable to you. This allows for open discussions and a time to share your thoughts and questions about the Bible with others.
Classes have structured material from a provided group study guide and the Bible.
Children's Classes (Lower Level)
Preschool - Ages 3 to 5
Children 1 - Grades 1 through 3
Children 2 - Grades 4 through 6
*Children and parents are given numbered tags upon arrival for safety and communication.
Youth Class - Grades 7 through 12 (Upper Level)
Ladies Class (Main Level, behind the sanctuary between the back stairs & office)
Men's Class (Main Level, near the front entrance)
Sunday Worship 10:45am-12:10pm
Church Service at Grace Community is a way to honor and be with the Lord through worship and praise in song, in prayer and in studying the Word.
Everyone attends the service in the sanctuary for songs of praise and worship. Then, the children are invited up front for the Children's Message, after which, children four years old through the third grade attend KidsWorship in the fellowship hall downstairs.
Pastor Donnie follows with a message from God's Word with his sermon.
Adult worship and KidsWorship end at the same time.
Wednesday Night Activities
6:00 - 7:30 Kids 4 Christ
A light meal is provided during the first 30 minutes. Then, taught by permanent volunteers, children from age 4 to grade 6 have age-appropriate Bible Study classes with lessons and activities. Special theme nights such as back to school, summer events and Christmas play practice also take place throughout the year.
6:30 - 7:30 Adult Bible Study
A book of the Bible, a study guide or a video presentation may be used to guide each of us by enrich our walk with God. Each study provides a more in-depth look through the Bible for a better understanding of how we may live our lives for the Lord.
Additional Services (Throughout the Year)
Men's Ministry Meeting
The men of the church are invited to meet in the Fellowship Hall for breakfast and prayer. Current world situations, at home and abroad, are discussed in a manner to better understand and pray for people in need. The men usually meet the first Saturday of the month.
Ladies' Bible Study
Helping women grow in God's Word through Bible studies throughout the year. Times for these Bible study classes vary and have been combined with Auburndale Baptist Church.
